Getting Started
How do I connect my health data?
MINDSETOR syncs with Apple Health (iOS) or Health Connect (Android). When you first open the app, you'll be prompted to grant permission. You can manage these permissions in your phone's Settings.
Why isn't my data syncing?
Check that you've granted MINDSETOR access to Health data in your phone settings. On iOS: Settings → Health → Data Access. On Android: Settings → Apps → Health Connect.
Points & Leaderboard
Why didn't I get points for my workout?
Points are awarded for the single highest category each day. If your steps already earned more points than your workout, you won't see additional points. This prevents gaming the system.
When does the leaderboard reset?
Leaderboards reset every Monday at midnight (your local time).
Can my employer see my individual data?
No. Your employer only sees aggregated, anonymized team statistics. Individual mood check-ins, health data, and point breakdowns are never shared. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Sleep Tracking
How do I set my sleep schedule?
Go to Profile → Edit Goals → Sleep Schedule. Set your target bedtime and wake-up time. You can only change this once per week to encourage consistency.
What counts as "consistent" sleep?
Going to bed or waking up within 15 minutes of your target earns full points. Within 30 minutes earns partial points.
Mood Check-ins
Can I log multiple moods per day?
Yes! While only your first check-in earns points, logging additional moods helps you understand your emotional patterns better.
What do the mood colors mean?
The mood orb uses a color spectrum: pleasant feelings (teal/cyan), neutral feelings (purple/violet), and unpleasant feelings (orange/red). This helps you quickly visualize your emotional state.
Technical Issues
The app is crashing. What should I do?
- Close the app completely and reopen
- Check for app updates in the App Store / Play Store
